Research & Insights

How we think, researched in public.

The Readiness Hub takes you through the policy questions of the moment. These articles and memoranda show how GOYE AI researches and evaluates them. Before We Automate carries that work into public conversation.

A framework is only as good as the evidence you can show a board.

Every brief states its claim, its sources, and the point at which the evidence runs out.

What every brief carries

How the three fit together

Three strands, one body of work

Timely, considered, public. Each one feeds the next.

One · Timely

School AI Readiness Hub

The live policy questions. Florida and North Carolina milestones, a decision framework that applies in any jurisdiction, and an anonymous readiness self-check.

Open the Readiness Hub

Two · Considered

Articles and memoranda

Original analysis. Each one carries its claim, what the primary sources say, how strong the evidence is, and where it is thin.

Three · Public

Before We Automate

AI, Human Judgment, and the Decisions That Matter. The podcast takes the same questions to the people living them. It is an editorial companion to the research, not an advertisement for the practice.

Publications

Launch list

Four publications are planned for launch. None is published yet, and none is listed here as though it were. A library of categories is not a library.

Each will carry an audio edition: the memorandum read in full, so it can be taken in on a commute. An audio edition is the document, not an episode. It is separate from Before We Automate, which is conversation rather than text.

Editorial standard

What every brief carries

Research-informed analysis, published openly. Not the status of an established independent institute.

GOYE AI editorial policy

Nothing is published without these eleven fields. Frameworks created by GOYE AI are flagged as proprietary conceptual approaches and kept distinct from external research and from legal requirements. Preliminary frameworks are never presented as peer-reviewed or empirically validated.

Before We Automate

AI, Human Judgment, and the Decisions That Matter

An editorial companion to the research. Episodes link to the briefs they draw on, so a listener can read the sources before listening rather than after.

  • Season 1: The Rules Meet RealityJanuary to June 2027 · six episodes

Florida and North Carolina policy readiness, tool approval, teacher judgment, families, agents, and pre-deadline readiness.

  • Post-deadline special6 July 2027

What is verified after the June and July dates, distinguishing documented facts from claims.

  • Season 2: Who Gets to Decide?August to October 2027 · six episodes

Human authority, agent accountability, workforce, school choice evidence, governance voices, and policy revision.

Editorial independence. No pay-to-appear, no implied endorsements, and no consulting pitch inside editorial content. Every episode page will carry a synopsis, source list, transcript and captions, guest disclosures and corrections. No players or episode links appear here because no verified channel URLs have been supplied.

Read the reasoning.

Nothing here is published until it carries its claim, its sources, and its limits. Open the Readiness Hub, or ask for a brief when it lands.
